The  personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To enable us to provide you with further information and styling tips including via newletters and special offers sign ups and related communications from to time
  • To enable us to gather information via questionnaire responses shared with us via email so that we can deliver a service that is tailored to your needs

We keep contact details and information you have provided to us though questionnaire responses for a period of 6 years. We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting it from any electronic storage systems we may use
